Next Saturday I will do something I hadn’t done since 1999. I will lay down my records in a spontaneous hot mix (unrehearsed). My usual procedure is to prepare for each show by selecting the records that I may want to present, then on the night of the show I play them until my time expires. This time I will select my records on the night of the show. This will add to the “club feel” for the night, especially since I do my best work “on the fly”. I can guarantee that you will clap your hands, stomp your feet, yell and scream, and do everything else that you do to soulful house music. THIS WILL BE ONE SHOW THAT YOU DON’T WANT TO MISS!
