The next big break had come. The venue was "Garage City (The People’s Choice)" and the location was Bar Rumba, London. Garage City was known for its intimate atmosphere and quality Soulful House sounds. I landed a spot playing the opening set in the bar, as part of a new session called the 'DJ Laboratory'. January 30th soon became the first of many nights of incredible house sessions. A dream serendipitously came true.
