My Facebook post: Still seeing the tributes coming in for Frankie Knuckles. I still have mixed emotions whenever I hear "The Whistle Song". I still have not cried yet, most likely because I did not have a personal relationship with him. But...I still hold fast to my thought and my statement -- he was important to me... The music will last until the end of time, and I thank him for that. I feel a little better now :D
